Language Arts: We practiced short and long vowel sounds, sounds of H, C, Y, G, and T. Mom read us one of the Princess in Black books again. We got our Reading Eggs subscriptions activated and did some lessons/activities on that.
Math: Counted to 100. Did some lessons and games on Mathseeds. Built with Spielgaben. Sang skip counting songs in the car.
Tumbling & Trampolining: Practiced our different skills. A lot of them we don’t really know the names for. There are some we do on the really big trampoline, which is fun because you can jump really high. We do X-jumps and toe-touches on that one.
Other: Our brother ordered a longboard and it came in a big box. We had a lot of fun playing in it. At co-op in our Human Body class we learned about how the blood with the oxygen flows around the heart and how the blood gets oxygen from the lungs. In our Amazing Animals class we learned about octopuses and how they suck up water and then squirt it out so they can move quickly. They are really good at camouflage and can also release ink to make it so they can get away. We found lots of worms after the rain on Friday. We picked some of them off the sidewalk and out of the gutter and put them back on the grass so they wouldn't die.
